I came across this gelding on the trail. This is what he said, “Sometimes I dream of children playing around me, sunlight on a cloudy day and jumping over small logs in the woods. My heart is never old. Sometimes I do get sad and wish people would spend more time with me like they used too. I am going to do what you said and tell my caretakers over and over that so maybe it will change.”
