This is Otter.  He is 3.5 years old. The first thing he said to me was,

“I want to tell you something.  I have meant to talk about this for a long time. I have the ability to kick with my hind feet, and sometimes when I am play wrestling with Fergus (his kitty brother), I kick him with my feet. I am getting better at it. It’s a good skill to play fight.”

His person said Otter is right.  Otter is skilled about kicking with his hind feet and is very gentle while doing it!
