This is Max.  He is nine years old. The family has young dogs in the house that bark.  Max says,

“When the puppy barks, I feel like he knows something that I don’t know, and I think how did we get along never being nervous? Now should we be nervous?  I don’t understand that. “

I love this.  It is such an excellent example of how each animal affects the other animals in the house.  This is why it is so essential to stop barking.  If you step up as the leader, the animals will feel safer in the house.
