Rexa was a rescue with impeccable natural manners but no formal training. She wanted to go to class because she enjoys learning and pleasing people and she was convinced that other people there would see her and take her home with them, so she wouldn’t be a foster anymore. It didn’t quite work like that: everyone, including the instructor, thought she was so awesome they could not believe I was not keeping her. So in the end she got her wish: classes, and she and foster buddy Piglet (see Diamond) have a forever home with us. We changed her name to Ruby to reflect what a real treasure this very special girl is.
