This is Alfie. He is nine years old. He has to have thyroid surgery. He says,
“If I have this surgery, you have to feed me chicken breast and cooked dinners, not gross veterinary food. This is important. I like hamburgers too and an occasional french fry. It’s important to allow me to live, even if I am in the hospital.
I don’t want to be depressing. I also need my snuggle blanket in the kennel. During my stay at the hospital, I am going to miss the noise of the TV.”
