This is Maddie. She is a rescue.  Her person wants to know why she lies down when she takes her to the beach.  Maddie says,

“Is my mom (person) going to tell you that we have been having more fun adventures. When I lie down, I am just taking it all in because I have never seen so much before. The world is so big, and the ocean is so powerful.

Sometimes my back feels tight.  They can get a little sore.   I am just enjoying myself.  I am enjoying it all. When we go places with other dogs, and the other dogs also have not known such adventures either, we feel so different than we used to. 

I want to tell my mom, ‘Thank you for being my best friend.”
