Ella is going to the eye doctor today. There has always been something strange about her eyes. Light hurts them. She scares easily of darting shadows or light casted from the tv. She will rarely venture outside during the day and becomes more active at dusk. Felix is actually going too. I explained to them the three tests that will be performed on them and asked them to be brave.

Ella says, “I am nervous to go to the doctor because you told me my eyes may feel strange with the tests. I don’t know what to think. I hope he can help me but if he can’t that’s ok to. I really want to see normal and not be scared of the things you tell me wont come after me. I am brave most of the time. I don’t like how my eyes trick me.
