This Petunia and her dad. Petunia’s mom and I asked her if she had a mantra for her dad. We often ask this animal family for mantras. It is a fun and healing thing we do during the session. This is what Petunia came up with,
“Ooh my goodness. This is so fun. This is my dad’s mantra, ‘I am a big man with a big belly. I am soft and squishy for my dog to walk on. I have so much happiness. I love to trot when I walk. I am a good player with my Petunia.
I sleep. Then I am awake. When I work, I still love my dog and my wife. I love to sneak my little dog food. Shhh don’t tell anyone. It’s our secret that I love to share food.
I am a happy man with clever jokes. I am going on two walks today with my wife and my dog.
I am so happy. Happy I am. I am loved and healthy. I am a big strong man with big muscles to lift my dog. I am a happy man. When I lift my dog, I am smiling all the time. I am a happy man. I am loved over and over again. I am loved by my dog Petunia.”
She’s the cutest!
What is your mantra?
