Jubilee my horse & her trainer Jeff Ohaco working on sending into the trailer. Today Jeff and I were talking about animal training and creating a bond based on respect verses fear. Jubilee interjected and said, “I am thinking about what you are talking about and I have something to add. When a trainer had instilled fear in me, I felt a deep pain in my chest and throat, but when a trainer asks for respect I think, ‘oh shit I better find a different way.” She is one smart Appy!
