BRUCE is a big smoochy-faced teddy bear, looking for a snuggle partner! This 4-year-old boy has survived being abandoned in a backyard, without losing his cheerful and outgoing personality! He is just a happy guy, happy to be here, happy to see you, and happy to join you in any adventure! He is also happy to snuggle up next to you, and chill in the shade and watch the birds.
Bruce is a learner. He loves to come over and lean in for affection, in a respectful non-pushy way.
Bruce is smart, too! It didn’t take long to teach him to walk nicely on a leash. Occasionally, he will get excited and be in a rush to inspect a flower, but mostly he is an easy walker.
Bruce lived with other dogs, so he will probably get along with a canine friend in the home. He loves all people and greets everyone with a smile. He would do fine with older children. Bruce hasn’t met any cats yet.
This handsome, happy boy is lookin’ for love and has plenty to give!
Mama was rescued after being abandoned with other dogs in a backyard. She is enjoying being introduced to things like beds, blankets, regular food, walks, and the love and affection of our volunteers.
Mama is blossoming into a happy, confident little girl who delights in the world, and loves going on adventures with her friends. She loves her walks and is quickly learning how to walk nicely on a leash. Mama would be happy in a home as the only princess, or with other dogs her size, older children, and a quiet family setting. Mama hasn’t met any cats yet.
Mama has lots of love and affection, just waiting to share with a loving family in her forever home!
