Angie is one years old.

She says to her person, “You should walk more and do yoga.  I do not want you to die first and leave me.”

Some animals can see our energy and can tell when we are healthy or not feeling well.  Angie must of noticed that her person is healthier when he walks and does yoga or it is possible that she had heard someone tell him that he must do these things to make his life longer.
